Partner organisation

Getting in is a skill.
Most students never meet anyone who has it.

University Plus is an admissions and study-abroad consultancy. CIT is the network that carries it past the four cities where that expertise normally stops — so a student in a small district gets the same counselling as one in a metro.

Why this partnership

Guidance is centralised. Students are not.

Credible admissions advice in Pakistan lives in a handful of city offices. Everywhere else, a student assembling a foreign application is working from WhatsApp forwards, a cousin who went abroad once, and whoever advertises hardest locally. In an unregulated advisory market, that is an expensive way to learn — in wasted application fees, wasted years, and occasionally a refused visa that follows a person for a decade.

The expertise is not missing from the country. Its distribution is missing. University Plus brings the expertise; CIT brings a network that already operates at Union Council level, running on a Learning Management System, hosting education, health and livelihood services under one roof.

A student should not have to buy a bus ticket to find out whether they are competitive.
What University Plus does

Eight stages, in order.

These are numbered because they genuinely are a sequence — get stage three wrong and stages four through eight inherit the mistake. Most students enter somewhere in the middle and are surprised by what they skipped.

  1. 01

    Profile assessment

An honest read of grades, gaps, finances and intent — before anyone talks about universities.

  2. 02

    Course & university shortlisting

Matching the profile to institutions where the student is actually competitive, across ambition, safety and budget tiers.

  3. 03

    Documentation

Transcripts, equivalence, references, financial evidence — assembled to each institution’s spec, not a generic checklist.

  4. 04

    Personal statement & SOP

The one part of the file the student controls entirely, and the one most often outsourced badly.

  5. 05

    Scholarships & funding

Institutional bursaries, national schemes and fee waivers identified while deadlines are still open.

  6. 06

    English proficiency

Which test the target institutions accept, what band is required, and when to sit it.

  7. 07

    Visa application

Financial documentation, interview preparation and the credibility questions that decide most refusals.

  8. 08

    Pre-departure & arrival

Accommodation, banking, registration and the first month — the stage that quietly determines whether a student stays.

Routes

Abroad is one option. Not the only one.

Good counselling includes telling a student when leaving is the wrong move. Both routes run through the same assessment.

Study abroad

Undergraduate, postgraduate and research admissions to overseas institutions — with the funding, testing and visa work that has to happen alongside the application, not after it.

  • Undergraduate & postgraduate entry
  • Scholarship and funded-place applications
  • Test planning and visa documentation
  • Pre-departure and arrival support

Study in Pakistan

Admission into HEC-recognised institutions at home, including the distance-degree and short-course routes CIT already delivers through its own Learning Management System — often the better answer for a student who cannot fund a move.

  • HEC-recognised degree admissions
  • Distance and online degree routes
  • Short courses across Foundation, Advance and Expert levels
  • Progression planning from certificate to degree
How the partnership works

Three ways in.

CIT describes partnership as a covalent bond — each side shares strengths and responsibilities, and the result holds better than either could build alone. That applies here in three different shapes.

CENTERS

Host counselling locally

An existing CIT center adds admissions counselling to the services it already offers. Where the infrastructure exists, a center opens at zero investment on a profit-sharing basis.

INSTITUTIONS

Schools & colleges

Bring structured guidance to a student body that currently gets none — sessions, profile assessment and application support delivered on your own premises.

UNIVERSITIES

Recruiting institutions

Reach applicants outside the usual metropolitan catchment, through a network that has operated at community level for over two decades.

University Plus
The arrangement

Expertise, meet reach.

University Plus owns the admissions knowledge and carries the counselling. CIT owns the network and carries the delivery. Neither is trying to become the other — which is precisely why it works.

Bring admissions guidance to your district.

Whether you run a center, a school, or an institution recruiting students — the partnership starts with a conversation.
